Throwing porcelain requires a unique balance of precision and finesse. The interplay between the potter’s hands, the wheel’s speed, and the clay’s moisture is crucial. Unlike other ceramics, porcelain demands a gentle touch—too much force, and the structure can collapse. Over the course of 16 hours, I will share my expert throwing techniques, providing you with the knowledge and skills to succeed.
Bring a notebook to jot down key insights and have your phone handy to record exclusive tips and tricks. These resources will help you continue practicing and refining your skills at home.

Prerequisite: Participants must already know how to centre porcelain before attending the bootcamp.

What’s Included:

• Lunch: Enjoy an hour of relaxation and culinary delight as we savour the flavours of summer together. Lunch is included in the price.
• Materials and Finishing Options: Porcelain is available for purchase at the studio, and you can have your works finished and fired at a per-kilogram rate.
